I am the parent of a child with special needs and an independent private advocate. I am located in Delaware County, PA. I am a past parent Co-Chair of the Delaware County Interagency Coordinating Council, and am currently a parent member and secretary of the Right to Education Task Force, Intermediate Unit #25. I am also the Chapter Leader for the Delaware County Chapter and Vice President of the Pennsylvania Education for All Coalition, Inc., where I am also a board member. I have completed a 6 month training course in Special Education Advocacy (SEAT), which was sponsored by a federal grant through USC and Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA) which was instructed by Special Education Attorneys and Professional Advocates from COPAA.
