ESA is a Brownfield specialist. Most of ESA's work is derived from the purchase, sale and refinance of commercial and industrial properties. Because environmental issues impede deals, our mission is to facilitate each transaction. We actively work with attorneys and brokers to eliminate these impediments and hasten closure. ESA is fully versed with NJ's Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA) and the Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) program. Because of this program, ESA can now close sites faster than ever before. ESA performs soil and groundwater investigations, site cleanup, and mold/asbestos/lead sampling. During ESA's 29-year history we have worked in 13 states and performed more than 4,000 projects.
