James D. Gregory, Ph.D., CPSS, PWS, Principal of Watershed Hydrology Consultants LLC, is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Forestry and Environmental Resources at NC State University. An expert in wetlands delineation and assessment and 404 regulatory issues, Dr. Gregory also has extensive experience in forestry, soils, and watershed hydrology assessment and management. An expert on the NC Div. of Water Quality Stream Identification Methodology, Dr. Gregory assisted in the development and testing of that methodology and teaches training courses on the methodology.
