Consequence Consulting & Training specializes in instructional simulations and training of higher-order competencies, based on a proper, academically-grounded combination of instructional design, game design, and functional expertise. Our off-the-shelf instructional simulations include the Peacekeeping Mission Simulation, the Intelligence/Counterintelligence Simulation, the Security and Risk Management Simulation, and the Afghan Stabilization Simulation. We also provide the ADAPT Leadership Reaction Course - the most rigorous, adaptive, and cognitively challenging physical leadership reaction course, as used at the Iraqi Military Academy.
