Vanguard Training Services employs  state of the art Assessment  tools to ensure that we understand our clients needs and capabilities before we propose a solution. After a thorough Assessment of the need is completed  probable solutions are formulated, collaboratively, with the client. Vanguard Training Services does not deliver "one size fits all" solutions.
