Senior Care Consultation Services include: A Needs Evaluation and Safety Assessment Recommendation of available resources Explanation of pertinent medical terminology, diagnosis and condition based on available resources Medication education and management Direction to resources in cases where placement may be appropriate A written summary and personal review of consultation with designated parties Consulting services to Adult Care Facilities may include: Chart Reviews LHCP Reviews Staff Training and Skills Review Medical Legal Consulting to review medical records for case merit *We are not attorneys and do not give legal advice A written summary and face to face review will be provided upon completion of the review
