Interfaith Apartments has two buildings with over one hundred apartments each. The buildings are similar, but the requirements are very different. The North Building contains studio and one-bedroom units. This building is open to singles & families, with no maximum income limit. Some Section 8 vouchers are available to assist those who qualify. The South Building is specifically designed for those 62 years of age or older, or handicapped/disabled regardless of age. These are all one-bedroom apartments, and some are mobility-accessible. Rent is income-based, and income limits apply. For both Buildings: We provide kitchen appliances, and all utilities are included in the rent, except cable/internet. All-electric heat and A/C are individually controlled. We are pet-friendly. At Interfaith your safety and security is our priority. The building entrance is locked 24/7 and residents enter by pass key. Video cameras at each entrance are recording at all times. We offer after-hours emergency maintenance, with staff that reside on the premises. Each building features a large community dining room with full kitchen, and a common area. Our residents enjoy many activities planned by the Tenant Council, which meets monthly. All residents are welcome to attend and participate. Each building offers coin-operated laundry rooms with 24-hour access, and outside patios with seating and grill area. We are within walking distance to the grocery store and convenience store, and two city bus routes.
