Ivy Place offers renters a luxurious, affordable alternative to Oxford’s crowded complexes at an unbeatable location. Our community of 20 three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhomes is primely located just off of North Lamar Boulevard within walking distance of the Square, the Ole Miss campus and many restaurants, including Big Bad Breakfast, Jinsei, Snackbar, Volta, Handy Andy and Oxford Canteen. We are also a short commute to all Oxford schools and Kroger. These spacious homes come in two separate floor plans: 1,480 square feet or 1,280 square feet. While the layouts of the two floor plans are similar, the larger of the two has more spacious storage areas and larger rooms. Each unit is outfitted with luxury fixtures, including walk-in closets, granite countertops, hardwood floors, crown molding and stainless steel appliances. Ivy Place welcomes pets. While there is no pet deposit, a fee of $25 per pet will be added to the pet owner’s monthly rent. Residents also have access to a private dog park, where they can allow their dogs to roam off-leash.
