Our exciting newest addition is brand new kitchens and bedroom closets! They include beautiful cherry cabinets, granite-look laminate countertop, designed ceramic tile backsplash and gorgeous coordinating porcelain tile flooring. Brand new dishwashers, additional set of cabinet counters with stainless steel shelving to add to the kitchen space, and brand new microwave hood oven! (We would have to admit- we are a bit jealous. These are nicer looking than ours at home.) Our bedroom closests are absolutely stunning! They include 2 six foot french doors, touch lighting, organizational hanging, modular shelving, full sized mirror, and a 36-pair shoe rack! All units have new energy-efficient windows and feature wall-to-wall carpeting in the living room and the bedroom. The bathrooms feature a tiled tub-shower combination, double sized mirror, and custom recessed cabinet above the toilet. There is a large coat closet off the living room and full size closet in the bedroom. The bedrooms have brand new Hunter ceiling fans. Each building has it's own laundry facilities and additional storage closets, and security doors at the front and back of the building which lead to private parking lots with camera surveillance. Our buildings are centered around a private landscaped courtyard. We have beautiful trees and landscaping, benches and patio areas that offer outside seating spots for our tenants. Our favorite aspect is our color-themed apartments! Before occupation, each tenant can choose a color theme for their apartment to be freshly painted in. This adds a warm appeal to your apartment that makes everything feel more like home- no more stark white walls. The choices are Forest Green, Pavilion Beige or Linen White.
