Luis Co-founded LE Lighting inc in 2011 by utilizing his knowledge in manufacturing of high end lighting fixtures. Luis has over 10 years in lighting and has worked with clients throughout southern California and applying his knowledge and understanding of complementing lighting effects and design to help boost the curb appeal and overall look for homes, commercial building, and retail stores. Mr. Herrera joined Keller Williams in order to help his current and future clients find the right home, business location or investment property by utilizing his business network, real estate knowledge and ability to understand his client’s goals. Luis specializes in minimizing time spent looking at properties and is a strong believer of being efficient with his clients time and business transactions. Luis is best known for providing his clients with the best known service and that is why he is proud to be partnered with Keller Williams who is a highly recognized and respected real estate firm known for its customer service and ethical practices. Luis holds a bachelor’s of science degree from California State University Los Angeles for business administration with a major emphasis in finance and a minor in Real Estate, Luis is also a member of the California Association of Realtors through the city of Arcadia. Luis is well versed in analytical studies, time value of money, marketing, financial structuring, strategic planning, process improvements, and efficiency utilization.
