To ensure that our staff is as motivated as our property owners to decrease vacancy rates we do not charge a fee for the 1st month a property is vacant. This ensures that our agents work diligently and efficiently to get your property to the income producing stage. Having said that we will never cut corners on screening tenants and we will do the utmost to ensure a responsible resident in your home, office, vacation rental or other property.
