When we respond to a tenant request we bring our tools and fix the problem if we can on the spot, 24/7 without an additional fee (i.e. included in monthly management fee). You receive NO phone calls in the middle of the night for plumbing problems, etc! Our fees are at least half of that charged by competitors in our area.
