We founded this company in 2017 after a long career in the US Army as a NCO, managing teams of service technicians, and a short career as a business and technology consultant, traveling and advising clients on important business decisions. These experiences have equipped us to provide a level of service you won't find with any other residential property management company. We have the business savvy to understand how to make decisions as a real estate investor, but also understand how to treat the landlord as 'commander' by carrying out what needs to be done, and handling a highly valuable piece of property. The company is largely family-operated including a leasing agent that has been in real estate in Southeast Texas for over 10 years, and a lead contractor who has been in general contracting for over 30 years. We have all lived between Houston and Beaumont, Texas since the early 1980's, so we know the markets and the people very well. We have a geniune concern for the tenant's as neighbors, but know how to handle hard situations with them to act in the landlord's best interest as our client.
