I started and incorporated Commercial Property Resources, Inc. on January 1, 1997 (13 years) and have been licensed since 1987 (23 years). My work has been exclusively commercial real-estate transactions with emphases on industrial, investment and office. I have negotiated all types of industrial and office lease transactions, both large and small, land sales and commercial-retail property sales and leases. I have procured vendors, engineers and sub-contractors to get the job done. I have overseen complex due-diligence work with the goal of getting all parties acting on a time line to make the deal work.
