The Langham-Dilmore Team of Medway Realty is composed of two couples - Terry and Marilyn Langham; and Jim and Katy Dilmore. Three are Realtors, and Marilyn Langham is a transaction coordinator. The team was created to serve all their customers better. The Langham-Dilmore Team has more than two decades of experience in the Venice/Englewood real estate market. They use their knowledge and experience of the market to help their clients achieve their goals, whether they are buyers or sellers. Both couples have been longtime residents of Venice and Englewood, which is why they know the market quite well. All four of them have decades of experience working in the real estate industry when combined. Terry and Marilyn Langham moved from Lansing, Michigan to Venice, FL in 1987. They used to be owners of their own real estate company. Jim and Katy Dilmore moved to Englewood, FL in 1999. It was during that time when Katy worked with the Langhams as a Realtor. When Jim Dilmore retired from the United States Air Force, he started his real estate career. That also signaled the birth of the Langham-Dilmore Team. Since then, the quartet worked together to satisfy the needs of their clients.
