Since our establishment in 1993, we have bought and rehabilitated, or built more than 500 single-family units with concentration being on establishing strong, safe, and secure housing at an affordable price. Our foundation has built a reputation for taking par and sub-par properties to new levels, creating value and equity for the communities we serve. Our strong background in construction and rehabilitation has afforded us the opportunity to renovate and manage more than 800 multi-family units to date, as well. We are currently developing a 62 unit assisted living facility to house senior adults, and have recently established a group home program for adults and youth with mental health issues and developmental disabilities.
