Carroll Gardens Association, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization incorporated in May 1971. Our organization is a designated Neighborhood Preservation Company (NPC) by the New York State Homes and Community Renewal (NYSHCR). Carroll Gardens Association, Inc. develops affordable/workforce housing and provides economic development, workforce training, youth services, tenant services and benefits assistance to the residents of Southwest Brooklyn, including the neighborhoods of Red Hook, the Columbia Street Waterfront District, Carroll Gardens, Gowanus and Sunset Park.
