Our condos (privately owned and managed directly by us, the owners) are available for vacation rentals year round. The condos are our vacation rental homes located in beautiful Frisco, Colorado. They are great for families as they are adjacent to the National Forest. Condos vary between 650 and 940 square feet and offer all modern amenities. Each condo has a maximum capacity and can accommodate couples, families and small groups of friends. Multiple condos can also be booked together in order to accommodate larger groups. The condos are managed directly by their owners who handle all rental transactions directly with the guest and provide onsite assistance (maintenance) if necessary. Since 2003, our little Colorado mountain vacation rental company has accommodated thousands of guests in our slope-side Copper Mountain condos and our Peak One condo in Frisco. Our small but mighty staff has over 95 years combined experience in the guest service and lodging industries, and we are relentlessly focused on providing a quality experience to our guests. Our guests are from the US and all around the world - from six continents so far. We'd love to hear from some penguins to make it seven!
