whole sale of used cars and trucks exporting to Africa from 02 to 07 joe started selling cars in 1993 by going to auctions and retailing then after doing that for 8 years he began buying trade in's that came in to new car dealers and having his own biweekly auction approximately 180 units were sold per auction till market slowed down
