45 mooring balls have been approved the general layout being 10 on the east side, 20 on the west and 15 in the lee of Island White. An anchorage will be available within lee also. The moorings will range from 30 ft to 100 ft with at least 50% being available for a long term lease program following the basic rules of the Catalina Island balls. The initial lease is for 3 years with a maximum stay of 156 days a year with no more than 15 days in a row. Ownership will definitley have its privileges with a "Pier, Ball and Beach Club," and special access to shore boats. Initial Lease Pricing will be published in June.
