G&C is a family-run business and Gene's four children: Shawn, Josh, Jamie, and Patrick, hold key positions in the company. "In my business, we have to remember that people buy the best car they can afford and depend on it," said Gene. "My job is to please my customers, the insurance companies, and everyone else involved. You have to make it easy for people to do business with you and that's how we succeed.
