Your Spring Valley storage rental is strictly month-to-month, no long leases needed. Your storage space rental starts on the day you move in, i.e. you move in on the 15th, your next month's space rental is due on the 15th. There is a one-time administration fee of only $15. No deposits are required. You may provide your own disc type lock or purchase one from us for only about $10. This is just another way of providing protection for our tenants.
