Integrated Management Systems Inc. (IMS) is a consulting and business process outsourcing firm that specializes in labor intensive warehouse and distribution operations. IMS uses proprietary technology, cost metric methodology and leadership to increase labor productivity in these environments. IMS has consistently been able to save clients from 10 to 30 percent on their cost of labor. Most of these operations run between 100 and 1000 employees, so cost savings are substantial. Services are priced using either a guaranteed fixed cost or as a percentage of the savings that are created, so there is very little risk to the customer. IMS is compensated on its ability to execute its solutions and not just by hourly consulting fees.
