Jay Taylor Exterminating Co., originally started by J. W. Taylor Sr., has provided pest control and extermination services to the Wilmington and the surrounding areas since 1941. The original office was in downtown Wilmington, NC. Today, two sons, Jay W. Taylor IV and Stephen G. Taylor are the fourth generation of family to control the business. The family interest in the business has helped to set and maintain the high quality of work and outstanding customer service provided by our employees. Jay Taylor Exterminating Co., Inc. believes in maintaining the highest quality of customer service, which includes quick response times and the fulfillment of each customer’s expectations. Our technicians are highly qualified to provide flea, bed bug and other pest control services. We also believe in community involvement. We support the community with time and donations. Particular interests are education through Cape Fear Community College, The Cameron Business School at UNCW, New Hanover Medical Regional Center and JDRF. We constantly work to remain among leaders of the pest control and exterminating industry with new technologies that improve our effectiveness while minimizing our environmental impact. We are members of PestOne, a group of companies striving to find new methods to improve our services. Jay Taylor Exterminating belongs to the North Carolina Pest Management Association of which two generations have been honored as Past Presidents. Jay Taylor Exterminating also belongs to the National Pest Management Association.
