Parking Lot Services Maintenance was formed as an independent company in 2004. It was previously a divison of Parking Lot Services. We continue today, with the same exacting standards started by Phil Cooper Sr. in 1974. Phil Cooper Sr. started Parking Lot Services over 30 years ago, with a rusted out pick-up truck & a striping machine. He worked nights & weekends building his own small business while working full time for a larger paving company. Now managed by Bob Blalock, Parking Lot Services Maintenance Co. serves McHenry, Kane, Lake & Boone counties in Illinois. In 2005, we were named by Pavement Magazine as one of the "Top 100 Sealcoating Contractors in the USA". We also were named Brewer company "Contractor of the Year" in 2005.
