The single most important factor in achieving our quality goal is our personal involvement with each of our accounts. All of our commercial cleaning clients are visited at least once per week by one of the partners or our operations manager. During these visits we inspect the facility and visit with tenants and/or management to obtain their assessment of our work. This direct communication ensures that we are meeting our quality standards and the expectations of our commercial janitorial customers.
