Commercial and residential window cleaning. We offer a monthly service for residential homes with prices starting at $17.00 per month for any standard one story home under 2000 square feet. $34.00 for same size two story. Service include washing all exterior windows and brushing off screens and tracks. Extra charge for interior window cleaning. If you need your screens cleaned with soap and water we charge $1.00 per screen and $2.00 per screen door for all ground floor screens. $2.00 per screen for upstairs. If you would like every other month service we charge an extra $5.00. Quarterly an extra $10.00.
