Since its inception, Coastal Carolina has been providing Home Watch inspections, preventative maintenance, Contractor Liaison Services, and Concierge Service, as well as Cleaning Services to its clients on the Grand Strand of South Carolina. Coastal Carolina Home Watch was formed in 2005 by Jack Luber, when he moved to Murrells Inlet, SC. In 1997, while he lived on the Jersey Shore, Jack purchased a beachfront condo in Surfside Beach, SC.
