Hello, my name is Jennifer French, a certified life coach who is passionate about helping people heal and find inner freedom and vibrancy. I believe that Internal Family Systems is an incredible modality of therapy that aids the client by tuning them into their true selves and addresses issues through a lens of compassion and care.
