Center Street Coaching was established in 2010 after moving to Sonoma from Pennsylvania and New Jersey where my practice had a 17 year run as the Center for Personal Reflection. I have the honor of working exclusively with couples by appointment once a week and also intensly over the course of the weekend for 10 hours. Couples who seek a weekend retreat stay in the beautifully appointed and private cottage on the property and spend the weekend immersed in the work of creating a healthy and abiding love relationship with their partner. I also work with individuals who are seeking a healthier and more satisfying life. Using solution oriented psychology as well as cognitive/mindfulness therapy individuals can begin to approach change and healthier choices for their life.
