How Do Coaching Sessions Work? I tailor my approach to your individual needs and goals. Sessions are based on a continual process of assessments, goal setting, action steps and accountability. Sessions are strictly confidential. I open my coaching sessions with prayer for guidance and insight. Individual coaching takes place over the phone, in the comfort of your home, your office or other quiet place. Individual sessions are optimal when they are held weekly for one month and there after two times a month. I've found that these frequencies allow us to properly track and support the realization of your plan. Life and Biblical Coaching sessions are complementary.
