Balance and Sense was created by Stacey Houghtaling, CEC, to help parents reduce their stress and transform their parenting so that they can raise happy, healthy, confident kids, who raise happy, healthy, confident kids, etc., etc. She has coached parents all over the country, helping them achieve their goals, find balance and live in a more meaningful way. Stacey received her life coach certification from IPEC, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited program, in New York City. She is also a teacher of the Paradox Process, a transformational tool that helps people release negative emotions, and find clarity and insight into their lives.
