Think Free Be Free Coaching and Consulting was started as Patrick Irvine Consulting in August of 2011 by Patrick Irvine. Patrick was a veteran that came home to a world where employees were upset, managers weren't necessarily people persons, leadership was not being cultivated, and processes were bogged down in the tradition of, "this is how it's always been done." His passion for his fellow workers and the product produced for the customers quickly catapulted him through the ranks and he became an Operational Manager for the State of Florida Central Pharmacy where he oversaw the operations of 3 departments. After setting production records in the repacking department and seeing morale and productivity at an all time high he was given the opportunity to get further training in Lean Six Sigma; something he had been exposed to in the military. He later left that position for another position with the state as an Operational Analyst for the Department of Revenue where he headed up Department Lean Six Sigma Initiatives. In this position again he managed to clean up section processes and give management a clearer picture of both employee morale and corporate culture, sparking positive change in both areas. He struck out on his own after 10 years of working and hasn't looked back since. His company Think Free Be Free Coaching and Consulting has a goal, a mission, and the drive to complete it.
