Life Solutions is a Wellness Coaching Center as well as a Reiki Training Center. We offer Usui Reiki Training classes, Level I & II and ART & Master Classes. Reiki sessions are offered Fridays and Saturdays at Purity Integrated Health and Wellness Center in the Mill Creek Town Center and other locations in the Mill Creek, Everett area of Washington. We take a holistic approach to weight loss, exercise and stress management seeing the whole person, lifestyle, work environment and family unit. Wellness coaching sessions can be in person or per phone call. Reachable plans and goals are set with action steps leading to successful goal achievement. The numbers of weeks between coaching sessions are determined by you and your coach. Email and phone contact in between sessions is encouraged at no extra charge. A commitment to three one hour sessions is required to be taken on as a new Wellness Coaching Client. Setting goals, planning action and then taking the necessary steps to succeed-takes time.
