The Chief/General Manager of Blue Line Protection is a veteran that served 6 years of service in the United States Marine Corps and over 10 years of security experience. This company is Atlanta based and his experience includes but not limited to private investigation, executive protection, EPS agent, plain clothes, PLUS armed and unarmed security experience. He is ultimately responsible for the delivery and management of all security services to our clients. On a day-to-day basis his duties include quality assurance and operational contract compliance. He coordinates the recruiting, training and assignment of newly hired security enforcement agents so that they meet the stringentBlue Line requirements. He ensures that contract-required training and screening for security enforcement agents are met providing property owners a reduced risk of turnover at sites. The chief is also responsible for the staffing, scheduling and management of security agents as well as for the supervision and accuracy of payroll and billing. As Chief, he is authorized to commit the resources necessary to exceed contract requirements, conduct all required customer interface/inspections, and strives to maintain the highest standards of quality.
