All Investigators are Licensed and Bonded by the State of Nebraska by Law. Our lead is a law enforcement officer with 40 years of public and private service. Our network of agents and consultants at the state and city level have been providing service as Western Nebraska Investigations and Western Nebraska Process Service since 1999. All Service Personnel are authorized by court rule and order to perform the service process. We handle all court issued local, state, and federal process for service as well as service of Summons, Dissolution of Marriage, Subpoenas, Restitution of Premises, Notices, Garnishments, and any other documents requiring personal and professional service. We will provide the appropriate proof of service as well as handle the appropriate courts filings.
