Young's is a medium sized family owned business with long-time local ties. Our father Leo Havey, Jr. purchased Young's, Inc in November 1971 and built it into the finest and best known Appliance and TV store in central Illinois. Young's Security was started out of the breakroom of Young's, Inc. in 1983 by Leo & Jim Havey and Bill Hopkins. A few years later Bill Havey joined us. In 1997 we sold off the appliance business to concentrate solely on security. We have many loyal customers out there.
