Our philosophy is to produce the highest quality grass-fed beef while caring for the animals in a humane and compassionate manner. Beef from animals raised entirely on their natural diet of grass has much less fat. Add to that our tried and true finishing process which helps to marble the meat giving it a moist, rich flavor while providing you the opportunity for "fall off the bone" tenderness. Our animals graze in spring, summer and fall while being fed local hay for the winter months. We do not give our beef any hormones or antibiotics for the purpose of accelerating their growth. We also refuse genetically altered grains that you may find in store bought, feed-lot, meat. Cattle go straight from the pasture to our local, state inspected, processor and directly to your freezer.
