Choosing a home inspector can be difficult. Inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, and reporting methods. I welcome you to come along and watch as I inspect your home, and ask questions at any time during your inspection. You will receive an unbiased evaluation and examination of the visible structure and condition and systems of the home. Your inspection will describe materials and their condition, expected service life, and structural integrity. The inspection will also address potentially hazardous conditions and deferred maintenance. I use a complete and comprehensive 36-page inspection report form that goes through each area of the home and has explanations of all the terms in language anyone can understand.
