Certified Home Inspector I inspect homes with the buyers going over all functions from top to bottom. Checking the foundation, appliances, doors, windows, plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioner, roof, to name a few. So buyers can have a clear picture of the condition of the property before making a buying decision. I then produce a detailed report with pictures that is submitted to the buyers within 48 hours at the latest. My inspection fees are very competitive and is based on age of house and square footage. I am always available and I try and work around the customers schedule.
