My goal is to protect my client from potential costly situations with both new and existing homes and to identify potential liabilities on a property. This is done by assessing potential property issues such as trip hazards or other things that could come back at the client. Also, I use several tools that can be found on my website such as a moisture meter, carbon monoxide detector, explosive gas detector, and an electrical circuit analyzer. All of these tools help me to identify situations that could be harmful to my client and their family. None of these tools are required of an inspector.
