The owner Mike Tracy is a Certified Home Inspector with the largest and oldest Inspector Association the American Society of Home Inspectors. All inspection are followed with a comprehensive easy to understand written report which includes digital photography. The report will provide details on the condition of the components of the home from the roof top to the basement, how things work, it will identify the major and minor deficiencies in the home, identify items to watch.
