Certified Inspection Services is owned and operated by Dennis Curran, a Bangor, Maine native. He is an AHIT Certified Home Inspector, Licensed Maine Site Evaluator, InterNACHI Member, Registered Radon Provider and Certified Environmental Professional. Dennis has a degree in Building Construction which has afforded him the opportunity to be employed by architectural, civil and environmental firms located in central Maine. He has acted as an on-site representative/inspector for numerous building related projects. Through education and 30 years of experience, he has gained the expertise of building material applications and purposes. Certified Inspection Service's reports are generated using the latest computer software thoroughly describing our findings including a summary, color photographs, thermal imaging, safety, maintenance requirements, major and indoor air and water quality concerns. All reports are emailed directly to our clients and/or their real estate representative in a timely manner. We deliver a comprehensive report that allows our clients to make one of the biggest financial decisions they may have.
