If you believe you may have mold in your home I can perform a thorough inspection and take air and surface samples to send to the laboratory to determine if remediation is required as well as providing you with a full inspection report, thorough documentation for your contractors or remediation experts and provide clearance testing for insurance and mortgage companies, when required. If you are buying or selling your home I provide full structural inspections, including electrical, plumbing, termite and radon, while educating you about your home, resulting in a thorough and easy to read report. Realtors do not always appreciate my throughness, but my clients always do.
