Mike is a 40-year construction and inspection veteran. Starting in Heavy Highway construction right after High School, and working while attending college, Mike began his steady climb from Tradesman, up through the chain of command ranks to becoming a Director of Construction. Along the way, Mike’s construction experience has included, Heavy Highway and Utility, Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Institutional, Residential Multi-Family, Single Family Custom and Production Homes, High Rise and finally Sports and Leisure. During his career he was naturally approached for advice on cost, quality, and ‘how-to’, or what’s known in the industry as “means and methods”. So, back in the mid 90’s, Mike began consulting for various companies and individuals and that has evolved into commercial and residential inspecting and property condition reporting (PCR). Mike’s years of experience and certified training allows him to approach any home, building or site with confidence and ability to be fully objective and transparent on his evaluation. Mike has been married to his High School sweetheart for more than 38 years and has three grown children. Mike enjoys about anything outdoors, spending time with family and friends and enjoying great food.
