I love what I do and I believe it shows. The best compliment I've recently received was from an 8 year old boy, who upon entry into a home I had just completed, he commented" It feels like a bucket of love fell on this house". I approach interior design with a more artistic approach with color,texture, contrast, design,negative space. I don't think every wall has to have something on it, some areas need to shine where others need to be left alone. Today's decorating is lighter, cleaner, less clutter but not so minimalistic that it is cold and stark. Good design should evoke a feeling of livibility and warmth yet be tasteful and time honored.
