Debbie L. Talianko, Allied ASID, CID Debbie L. Talianko is the Principal Designer at Talianko Design Group, LLC. She holds a Diploma with Distinction in Professional Interior Design from Rhodec International in London. Debbie is an Allied member of ASID and on the local chapter board of directors as Communications Director for the years 2009-2011. She is also a Certified Interior Designer (CID) in the state of California which means she has demonstrated through education, experience and examination, her knowledge of the Uniform Building Code as it relates to space planning, life safety, flammability and disabled access code issues.
