We provide the phone system and phone service all-in-one, typically for about 30% - 60% less than companies are paying traditional phone service providers. We can set up incoming calls to be routed into an auto-attendant, a holding queue, or straight to a person's desk or mobile phone (or both at the same time). We can set up calls after normal office hours to be sent to a cell phone, home office, or just voicemail. Any voice messages left are delivered to a designated email address with an attachment to listen to the message. Answered calls can be easily recorded, transferred (internal or external), or put on hold (playing your custom hold message). Our system also allows for unlimited simultaneous calls so all the phones in the office can be used at the same time.
