Larry Holmcomb opened company in 1996 and established relationships with court personnel and carried business into the next decade. In 2009 he invited Jimmie Lay to buy into company instead of opening his own company Jimmie came into business having knowledge of what it takes to run a company. He changed logo design spent a lot of time advertising and marketing the business and now will begin pursuing his franchise idea of the release squad nationwide.
