Many documents need to be notarized, which means that I verify your government-issued, photo ID (driver's license, passport, military, state or federal ID card) and that you appear before me personally so I may witness your signing of the document. This a state-provided service, therefore fees are minimal and intended to cover my costs, time and effort. EACH notarized signature costs $10, whether 1 or more. If you drive to my location, there are no other costs. If I drive to your location, then a travel fee is in the range of $15-25 in the Coachella Valley. I will travel to outlying cities also, for a little more on an individual basis. I have some of the common forms that need notarized signatures, or you can use your own. I have done loan documents for 6 yrs, also (refi, buy, sell)
